If you click on the "Layers list" icon in the desktop toolbar, the layers list window will appear. The central part of the window displays a list of the layers currently located in the work area. Each layer in the list is represented with a thumbnail and its name. The active layer is highlighted in a different colour. The order of the layers in the list corresponds with their arrangement in the work area. To move one layer to a different position relative to the others in the work area, move the thumbnail in the list of layers to the desired position by clicking on it and dragging it while pressing the left mouse button.
Below the layers are icons offering the following functions: "Bring layer to front" , "Send layer to back" , "Hide / Show layer" and "Delete layer" . If you right-click on a layer in the list, a context menu opens offering the same functions.
